Toptier

Hello everybody. I have been working as a management consultant at a Big 4 firm for approximately 3 years. I currently work in the Transaction Services group and have been doing the same type of work since graduating from college. Do you guys think I have a good chance of getting into a top tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Booz, Bain, etc. Has anyone made this transition?

If yes, any recommendations are welcome :)

Your current experience seems solid enough for them to consider you for an interview.

Pursue an MBA and you might have an even better chance.
