BofA freeze base salary levels and limit cash bonuses to $150,000 for some bankers. Employees who are netting greater than $1 million in total bonuses will receive limited cash, with the rest of their bonuses being diverted into BofA shares.

Credit Suisse lower compensation by 30 percent on average compared to the amounts earned in 2010.

Anyone feel the impact this yr?

my bonus at Morgan Stanley was capped at $125k — our executives received nothing
